I’m big on morning routines and for many years, I’d always have coffee when I’m journaling in the morning.
Now Tim Ferris has introduced me to something even better — Titanium Tea!
This is just aged pu erh tea, Japanese green tea (sen cha), ginger, turmeric and coconut oil.
I’ll take a small tea spoon of both teas and cut up tiny slices of ginger with some turmeric and let it brew for a minute or so. Then I’ll add a spoon of coconut oil and grass fed butter.
This gives me a surprising boost of energy, even more then Bulletproof Coffee.
