Evolution AB is a fast growing business that’s based out of Sweden with two of the founders still on the board. Management owns around 25% of the company and there’s no debt in the company.
They provide the live part of the casino to other gaming operators like Blackjack using live dealers. This is the business that Evolution dominates with over 70% market share.
Formerly Evolution Gaming, they only have around 15 employees in the headquarters with the rest of the tens of thousands of employees spread across their “studios” in Malta, Latvia, Georgia, Canada and the US.
